This is a 60-minute Health Consultation that includes a Custom Exercise Program and Nutrition Plan with exclusive access to our state-of-the-art Online Coaching Software - to take the guess work out of training - and will combine aspects of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Nutritional Medicine Profiling, and Exercise Coaching.
For the Holistic Lifestyle portion of the Online Health Consultation:
Prior to your coaching sessions you will receive a series of 6 forms and questionnaires to complete. Once completed, we will use the information to compile a list of Lifestyle Habits that need to be addressed and then prioritize them based off which Lifestyle Habits will have the greatest impact on your Health & Performance. Together, we will strategize a way to optimize your Health & Performance by coming up with ONE Strategic Habit for you to perform for the month. The 6 forms and and questionnaires are:
For the Nutritional Medicine Profiling portion of the Online Health Consultation:
Prior to your coaching session you will receive a questionnaire to complete as well as some recommended blood tests. The questions in the questionnaire will be related to 5 Key Hormones where we will use the results of both the questionnaires and the blood tests to come up with a Hormone Optimization Strategy. The 5 Key Hormones we will aim to optimize are:
For the Exercise Coaching portion of the Online Health Consultation:
We will assess your posture and movement and use the results of the assessment to customize a Mobilization, Strengthening, and Stretching program which will be uploaded onto our state-of-the-art Online Coaching Software. Once your account has been created, you will have your own Private Login where you will be able to track all of your workouts as well as be able to view videos of each of the prescribed exercises to take the guess work out of training so that you can Look Better, Feel Better, and Perform Better!
This is a 13-week Coaching Plan which includes 1 session per week (13 total) and will include the following:

5x Exercise Coaching Sessions:
The first Exercise Coaching session will be a physical evaluation where we will assess your Posture, Mobility, Movement, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Coordination, and Balance. Based on the results of the assessments we will customize an Exercise Program to help you achieve your goal! During each of the four remaining Exercise Coaching sessions, you will receive a new Exercise Program, each getting progressively more challenging.
This is a 52-week Coaching Plan which includes 1 session per week (52 total) which can be done in-person or virtually and will include the following:
